REGISTRATION

The Laws of England govern this agreement at all times. All parties are bound to the jurisdiction of the English Courts for the settlement of any disputes or claims that arise from participation in this service or in connection with this agreement

To sign up as a Member of PennyMix and to use the Service as an Affiliate Partner you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and reside within the UK.

You agree that you have read the documentation for the Service and understand its features and rules. As part of the registration process, you will select an email and password combination that you use to access your Member area within the Service. You shall provide PENNYMIX with accurate, complete and updated registration information. You may not select the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person or deceive Members or other users as to your true identity. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your registration information up to date.

You agree that PENNYMIX may rely on any data, notice, instruction or request furnished to PENNYMIX by You which is reasonably believed by PENNYMIX to be genuine and to have been sent or presented by a person reasonably believed by PENNYMIX to be authorized to act on your behalf. You shall notify PENNYMIX by e-mail at abuse@pennymix.com of any known or suspected unauthorised uses of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure of your email and password. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email and password and you are responsible for all usage and activity on your account, including use of the account by a third party authorised by you to use your account. Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination by PENNYMIX and referral to the appropriate authorities in the relevant country.

We allow one account per person.

We reserve the right to refuse membership. We reserve the right to terminate your account without notice.

We will need to confirm your email address. This is achieved by you receiving an email with a unique password attached upon registration. You will then be required to login to your account within 7 days to confirm this address. Failure to achieve this will result in your account being terminated.
By becoming a member of Pennymix you agree to receive our email Newsletters and other email correspondence which we publish from time to time. You may opt out of the Newsletter using the option on your personal details page.

Cashback Payment

We issue payment by either cheque or PayPal for UK residents and by PayPal only for non UK residents 45 days in arrears when your account balance exceeds £10.00. Payment will be carried forward where account balances are below £10.00. We do not charge for payment by cheque but reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notification. All PayPal costs will be handled by the recipient. All charges will be deducted from the Pennymix account at the time of payment.

As a PennyMix member you will earn 'cashback' from retailers within the Pennymix member's website as illustrated.

We will make every effort to ensure cash back offers are correctly illustrated but cannot be held responsible for any differences in cashback illustrated and actual cashback earned. It's important to note that all transactions you make are not with us but the individual retailer contained within the Pennymix web site.

We make every effort to ensure our retail member's electronic tracking system is accurate, however we cannot be held responsible should the retailers system fail to record your transaction. (we will however, make every effort to negotiate the reward on your behalf)

We will credit your Pennymix account only when the retailer confirms your transaction. This sometimes happens immediately, although often our retailers process transactions when their returns policy date has expired (this can sometimes be 40 days or more).

Cash payments will not be made where the sale of goods has been reversed.

It is your responsability to ensure you log into the Pennymix web site prior to visiting retailers as this is the only way cashback can be tracked.

We will credit your PennyMix account with £3.00 upon registration. This will be included towards your target of £10.00 (to qualify for cheque payment).

We will credit your PennyMix account with £7.00 for each friend you refer, this payment will remain pending until your friend has earnt £20.00 in cashback payments through their PennyMix account. Your £7.00 payment will then be transferred to AWP (awaiting payment). We also credit your account with 10% of your referrals cashback. e.g. your referral earns £10.00 so you earn £1.00.

Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. In this case a new terms and conditions will be added to the PennyMix website. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time to make yourself aware of any changes.
