Prize Draw Rules

The PennyMix prize draw winner will be drawn and notified on Tuesday 1st September 2005. The offer will start from the 1st August and the closing date is 31st August 2005.

To enter, simply complete a registration for a PennyMix account. Only one PennyMix registration per person is allowed. Upon registration you will be sent an email to log in to the PennyMix website.

Prize draw entries will be awarded based on your PennyMix activity, for every £1.00 earned in PennyMix cashback will earn you a prize draw ticket. Only cashback allocated in August will count towards the draw.

The prize draw winner will receive the grand prize of a Sony PSP complete with tech pack and one game.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter. Please write your name and address on a stamped post card and send to e web studio, PennyMix Prize Draw, 28 Brynderwen, Cilfynydd, Pontypridd, Mid Glamorgan, CF37 4EX. Each postal entry will count as a single ticket into the prize draw. Requests by letter must be received before the closing date of the competition.

The winner's name will be available from the above address on receipt of a stamped self-addressed envelope after 1st August 2005. The winner will be notified personally by the company on company letter head. The notification will include details of how the prize can be claimed. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded to a different winner if the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 28 days of the prize draw taking place.

The prize is not transferable. The winner may be required to take part in publicity associated with the prize draw. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, delayed or corrupted entries of any kind.
