We need to allocate an individual code to each member. This code will enable the retailers within our site to identify you as a PennyMix member. |

It depends on the retailer, some have very sophisticated tracking tools that can identify a sale has been made immediately, others can take several days. We update individual accounts every 48 hours. If you have any concerns and feel that your cashback has not been credited to your account, please let us know. |

Why do I have to log into PennyMix before visiting retailers? |

When you log in to your account, we assign you with an hidden code that all the retailers can track. Without this code the retailer will not identify you as part of our program and cashback will not be allocated to your account. |
